  • Shoes must be unworn, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

  2. Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation).
  3. Reason for return, including photos if the shoes are damaged or incorrect.

3. Refund Process

After we receive and review your return (typically within 72 hours), we’ll process your refund within 7 days.

Note: It may take 3-5 extra business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your shoes arrive damaged or incorrect, contact us right away. We’ll offer a replacement or refund based on your preference.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only for defective, damaged, or incorrect shoes. Reach out to arrange an exchange.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • We pay return shipping for defective or incorrect shoes.
  • Customers cover return shipping for non-defective returns.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, cancellations may not be possible.
