  • 5. A declaration under penalty of perjury that your claim is accurate and you’re the owner or authorized to act;
  • 6. Your physical or electronic signature.

B. AFTER RECEIVING A VALID INFRINGEMENT NOTICE:

Once we receive a valid notice, we’ll quickly remove or disable the identified content.

C. PROCEDURE FOR COUNTER-NOTICE:

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, submit a counter-notice with:

  • 1. Description and original location of the removed content;
  • 2. A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was an error;
  • 3. Your full name, address, phone number, and email;
  • 4. Agreement to jurisdiction of your local Federal Court;
  • 5. Your physical or electronic signature.

After a counter-notice, we may restore content within 10-14 business days, unless the original claimant pursues legal action.
