• You can modify or cancel your shoe order within 12 hours of placing it.
• After 12 hours, your order enters processing and can’t be changed or canceled.

2. How to Request a Cancellation or Modification?

To adjust or cancel your shoe order, follow these steps:

1. Collect your order info (email, order number, and requested changes).
2. Email us at [email protected] with the subject: [Modify/Cancel Order + Order Number].

3. Refund for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation is approved (within 1 business day), we’ll process your refund within 3 days to reflect the canceled amount.
